To apply, visit our Home Page and click “Apply Now” under the apartment you wish to lease. You will need to upload proof of income and a government-issued photo ID. There is a $50 application fee for each applicant over 18 and a $200 administration fee to hold the apartment during processing. Processing your background information may take 5-7 business days. Once your online application is complete, a member of our office will follow up with you. If your application is declined, $190 of the administration fee will be refunded to the card used during the application process.

The security deposit is refundable upon move-out if you fulfill the terms of your lease agreement. If your application is approved with conditions, a higher deposit equal to one month's rent may be required. This amount will also be eligible for refund once the apartment has been vacated and possession is returned to management.

The $200.00 administrative fee is non-refundable and reserves the apartment for you while your application is processed. If your application is declined, $190.00 will be refunded to the original form of payment. Your security deposit is refundable upon move-out if you fulfill the terms of your lease agreement. Rent is always due on the first (1st) of each month. Starting on the 6th, a daily late fee of $25.00 will accrue until rent is paid in full. At move-in, your first full month's rent is due to pick up keys, and any prorated rent will be applied to your second month of occupancy.

Our online Tenant Portal makes paying rent a breeze! Once registered, you can set up automatic draft payments or save your preferred credit, debit, or ACH payment method for manual processing each month. We also accept personal checks and money orders in our office. An overnight drop box is available at the office for after-hour payment drop-offs.
